We dreamed of Switzerland, fulfilled this!

I read about the mountain resort around Davos that it has over 200 km mountain bike trails. I found the most famous trails on the official website of Davos city and it was decided. Only a good weather was missing! As usual. :o) The weather was fine-tuned with our departure in one week early. The first night we slept over in Tirol where we were biking Kaunertaler Gletscherstraße. We will never forget about our pedestrian crossing through closed road on opposite side of water reservoir. In Kaunertal valley was so beautiful that we didn’t want to come away. But we looked forward to Swiss alps. :o)
Switzerland welcomes us with beautiful summer weather, picturesque mountain sceneries, luxury accommodation and of course too high prices. There was a problem to meet some countrymens but we had a luck – we met one man at our arival in front of our hotel. He asked us more strange questions: What are you doing here? Why we lock our bikes? Swiss public transport confirms its conspicuousness. We understood after the first day that it is better to use the train than own car. Incomprehensible! :o) The request stop system in the train station as well. At the first biking we lost each other in Klosters and after one week we locked bikes with the large chain and lost keys. :o) Both cases were quick solved (one hour – one day) but these skills graved on our minds. One day’s trip in the oldest city of Switzerland – Chur fulfilled as well. We extended our stay in 4 days (2 weeks) longer because again the weather. :o) We enjoyd everything – 3 times biking, 4 times hiking, 1 climbing trail above Savognin. Italian’s improved themselves their repute a lightly in our eyes, Italian gave me a lesson in the service of bike tires in Davos. We are looking forward to photos from Rätikon alps which we discovered as the new beautiful mountain area.

Switzerland is different, different history, nature, culture …
